Support us at Christmas
The festive season is upon us. There is so much to celebrate, but this time of year can be a particularly challenging time for some. There are lots of ways to show your support to the individuals and families in our service.
We provide Christmas gifts for the children and young people who are staying in our emergency accommodation and who we support in the local community who are having a particularly tough time.
Buy a Gift
We need gifts for children and young people of all ages. New and unwrapped gifts only please. Good gift ideas are toys, games, puzzles, books and arts & crafts.
Gift Drop Offs
If you would like to provide a Christmas gift for a child in our service, we would be so grateful. We can accept gifts anytime but ideally by
12th December
so there's time to deliver them during the school term.
There are currently two arranged gift drop off points (see below). Alternatively, contact us by phone on 01457 856675, or by email at admin@crossroadsderbyshire.org to make other arrangements.
Morrisons have set up a Gift Donation Station in the Buxton store.
You can drop off gifts into our food donation basket in Glossop Lidl. It is located next to the tills.
Order a Gift
We have put together a wish list on Amazon, which focusses on gifts for teenagers and older children as we tend to struggle each year to find gifts for that age group.

The items on this list are just a guide. If you'd rather purchase items elsewhere, support local businesses or find the same/similar items at a cheaper price, please do so and use one of the gift drop off points or get in touch to make other arrangements.
