We’re a fast-growing, passionate service, dedicated to breaking the cycle of abuse through direct support, awareness-raising, and lasting change. And right now, we’re looking for committed and compassionate Accommodation Manager to join our team.
Accommodation Manager
Hours: up to 37 hours per week (part-time hours available)
Salary: NJC Scale SO2 - £38,510
Base: Glossop (working with clients in our accommodation settings across High Peak and Derbyshire Dales)

Interviews: Week commencing 14th September 2026 ( exact dates will be confirmed)
What the role involves:

Managing a service that delivers support to young women aged 16-24 who are victims and survivors of domestic abuse, and their children, in a refuge setting.

Managing safe and empowering service delivery, and housing management, in move-on and dispersed properties in the community
-
Managing programmes of support for young women and community-based survivors in safe accommodation who are fleeing domestic abuse, honour-based abuse, and often experiencing multiple disadvantage and need. This should be in a safeguarding or support setting

Helping survivors to rebuild confidence, independence, and safety

Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service
What we’re looking for:

Management skills, proven team, multi-agency and individual working practice

Empathy, resilience, and the ability to build trust with survivors

A flexible approach — no two days are the same

A full driving licence and access to a car (mileage reimbursed)
