Crossroads Derbyshire provides domestic abuse services to adults, children and young people in the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales.

We serve a large rural community supporting women, men and children in Derbyshire and beyond. Last year we celebrated our 40th anniversary. We strive to prevent abuse by raising awareness and promoting change that lasts. We are affiliated to Women’s Aid and offer excellent prospects for the right candidates.
SENIOR ACCOMMODATION WORKER (37 hours)
Scale point 18 – £24,799 per annum

(Exempt under the Equality Act 2010, pursuant to schedule 9 part 1)
The Role: You will provide leadership to the Harmony Project team which offers a confidential accommodation and support service to girls and young women aged 16 to 24 years.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operational running of the service.
You will work closely with the Accommodation Support Worker and the Children’s Worker to ensure that a package of support is offered which enables each young woman and her children to identify and address their needs, reach identified outcomes and support them to reach their full potential.
