Befriending
The Full Story
Volunteers play an important role in helping us to support our clients. We are recruiting women volunteers to support others who have experienced domestic abuse.
By becoming a befriender you are joining our team to help reduce social isolation and loneliness within our community. You will be supporting clients to heal, improve their mental wellbeing and widen their support network.
Regular social interaction can help to build confidence and self-esteem, and develop positive habits.
